A shared room is shared between two guests, and each guest pays the shared room rate.
If you are booking with a friend, please email events@thecorecollective.co after booking so we can place you in the same room.
If you would like a room completely to yourself, please choose the private room option when booking.

Full payment is due to reserve your spot.
Cancellations made before July 1st will receive a full refund, minus a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after July 1st are non-refundable.In the case of natural disasters (such as hurricanes), payments will be applied as credit toward a future retreat with Core Collective at Amansala within one year.

Guests can fly into either:
• Cancun International Airport (CUN)
• Tulum International Airport (TQO)We have a list of flight options that will work best for the retreat schedule and are happy to share them if helpful.
Once your flight is confirmed, please email events@thecorecollective.co with your flight details, and we will coordinate transportation to and from Amansala.
Transportation from Cancun is approximately 80 minutes, and from Tulum Airport, about 45 minutes.

Official check-in: 3:00 PM
Official check-out: 12:00 PMThe first group activity begins around 4:00 PM on the first day. Guests are welcome to relax at the beach or restaurant if they arrive earlier.

Most meals are included and are focused on fresh, whole foods with lots of fruits, vegetables, local fish, and chicken.
Alcohol, specialty drinks, and additional snacks can be ordered at the restaurant and added to your room tab.

Yes. Amansala can accommodate most dietary needs. Please let us know your dietary restrictions before arrival.

Yes. Additional spa services such as massages, facials, and Mayan healing sessions are available and can be booked during your stay.

Yes. Cash (USD or pesos) is recommended for:
• Spa services
• Alcohol or specialty drinks
• Boutique purchases
• Additional excursions
• GratuitiesThere are ATMs in town if you need additional cash.

Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico.
