Core Collective Retreat

Five days of movement, ritual, and connection designed to bring you back to your core physically, emotionally, and communally.

Hosted by Core Collective and set at Amansala Eco Resort in Tulum, this retreat blends intentional movement, nourishing meals, restorative downtime, and meaningful connection in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Whether guests are coming solo or with friends, the experience is designed to help them reconnect with their bodies, reset their nervous systems, and deepen their connection with a like-minded community.

Hosted by Core Collective

Core Collective is a sculpt-focused movement studio built around intentional training, strong community, and a balanced approach to wellness.

What makes this retreat different?

This retreat is intentionally designed to balance movement, rest, and meaningful connection.

Instead of packing every hour with activity, the schedule allows space for integration, reflection, and spontaneous moments that often become the most memorable parts of the experience.

Guests will move their bodies, experience local culture, nourish themselves with incredible meals, and build real connections within the Core Collective community.

This retreat is not about pushing harder — it is about returning to yourself.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is designed for people who want to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves through movement, nature, and community.

This experience may be perfect for someone who:

• Wants to reset their mind and body in a beautiful natural setting
• Loves movement but wants something more intentional than a typical fitness retreat
• Is craving deeper connection with like-minded people
• Wants to travel somewhere inspiring without having to plan every detail
• Feels like they need space to slow down and reconnect with themselves
• Enjoys wellness experiences such as breathwork, ceremony, and journaling

Many guests arrive solo and leave with lifelong friendships.

What to Expect

Daily movement anchors the retreat, bringing the group together each morning or evening with a shared rhythm and sense of purpose.

Classes are thoughtfully programmed to move through different muscle groups while prioritizing balance, recovery, and longevity. The focus is on moving with intention and reconnecting to the body in a supportive environment.

❋ Sculpt & Movement

Meals are a central part of the retreat experience. Shared communal dining creates space for meaningful conversation, laughter, and connection while nourishing the body with thoughtfully prepared food.

Gluten-free & vegan meals are available.

❋ Meals

Rest is intentionally woven into the schedule and treated as an essential part of the retreat experience. Downtime may include beach time, spa treatments, journaling, or simply slowing down.

❋ Rest & Integration

Ceremonies and curated experiences help deepen connection to the environment, local culture, and personal reflection.

❋ Experiences & Ceremony

Connection is at the heart of the retreat. Through intentional group moments, guided prompts, and shared experiences, guests build genuine relationships within the Core Collective community.
